Mystical hybrid thanks to her special pollen parent P. mascula ssp. russoi. Smashing dark red shoots stretch from the ground and only allow the green to enter the foliage very gradually. Only when the plant is really starting to focus on the flower buds, the mix of red and matt green changes to shiny all dark green foliage with strikingly contrasting crimson stems. These hold the blooms well and with distance above the canopy. The buds open a bit fumbled and asymmetrical, but the beauty that will unfold is every camera’s object of desire. Fabulous softest blush blooms fade to white, with subtle lavender flares at the base of the petals and a nice compact bunch of golden stamens surrounding the crimson tipped carpels in the center. Low stature, good vigour and flowering with the very first herbaceous hybrids in spring. Unique in every way, and a real showmaker.
